On February 11, 2026, Sabancı University, through its Career Development & Internship Office, hosted the Happy Place to Work Türkiye CHRO 100 Award Gala, bringing together leading figures in the field of human resources. The gala, held at the Sabancı University Performing Arts Center, was attended by approximately 900 guests.
The event, which brought together top-level human resources leaders from various sectors in Türkiye, was moderated by successful actress Wilma Elles and Dr. Kerem Dündar. The evening offered a rich program including award presentations, stage performances, and networking opportunities.
The individuals selected as Türkiye's Top 100 CHROs, based on their professional competencies, leadership capacities, and contributions to their organizations, through votes from human resources professionals, received their awards together with their teams.
